I was initially introduced to the luxury hair care brand Kerastase at a posh hair salon about ten to fifteen years ago. At the time, I was living in an extremely humid climate, and when it came to bad hair days, they were all bad … that was until I met Kerastase products.
Now that I live back home, in the most awesome climate on the planet, these products still work well on my hair, I just don’t have to use the formulas for frizzy hair anymore. Yay!!! I mean, seriously, who feels pretty when their hair is a big frizzy mess?
Kerastase was established in France in 1964, however, they were not available in North American until 1999. Allure magazine has included Kerastase hair care on their award winning lists for years and anyone who frequents a hair salon regularly, has seen this brand displayed prominently. From the obvious shampoos and conditioners, they offer SPF sprays to protect your color, and of course, leave-in conditioners for that extra luxurious look.
Currently, my favorites from Kerastase are the Elixir Ultime and the Chroma Cristal. As always, I’ve attached a link so you may try these for yourself.
